An experienced leasing agent is available to take calls and show rental properties
six days a week during normal business hours. Our office is open Monday-Friday from
9am to 5:30pm. Saturday 9am-5pm. We will evaluate your property before marketing

Search, Full Credit Report, Reference Checks, Employment and Income Verification,

web-site. Lease Agreements, Management Contracts, Tenant Applications, and Year

Legal Forms & Guidance
Being members of the California Association Of Realtors as well as the National
Association Of Property Managers is invaluable to us as well as our clients. Tenancy
laws in California can be complicated and it’s imperative that all laws, timelines,
and proper Form Disclosures are adhered to. Partnering up with these associations

Property Inspections
We complete an initial inspection at the time the property is placed under our management

you on a monthly basis. All funds are maintained in a local bank trust account at
no cost to you.

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. We arrange for
